OAKWOOD SHOPPING CENTER EXPANSION, NEW ORLEANS, LA: $3.3 million expansion of existing mall to new department store simultaneously under construction. Site improvements and renovation, new tenant space design review, coordination, and inspection for compliance with company and center objectives.
